PURCHASING & Shipping

How long does it take to process an order? 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.  

If you haven’t received your purchase within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us by filling out this form with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

How does shipping work? DO YOU SHIP DOMESTICALLY & INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship worldwide using the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination. Shipping times range from 1-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

In addition to worldwide shipping, we offer standard shipping, 2-day shipping, and overnight shipping on domestic orders. Rates are subject to change based on the pricing of the carrier.

  • Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days, depending on location
  • 2-Day Shipping: 2 business days in transit
  • Overnight Shipping: next business day
  • International Shipping: International orders under 1 pound will ship using USPS international mail. For all orders over 1 pound, we will ship using FedEx International Economy. Receiver is responsible for additional charges incurred by customs, duties and taxes. APO shipping is charged full cost and sent via USPS.

What is your return policy FOR OPEN EDITION PRINTS?

Artist Ken Danby once said, “Art is completely subjective. It's up to the viewer to judge whether or not it has merit.” And we couldn’t agree more! We accept all returns on our open edition prints- no matter the reason…even if it just doesn’t match your couch. To begin the return process, please fill out this form with as much information as possible and we’ll get back to you within 48 hours.

We do not accept returns on limited edition prints. All sales are final. We do our utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination. WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING?

We examine all returns on a case-by-case basis. In instances of damage, poor packaging, poor printing quality, etc, Fire & Bliss will foot the bill for return shipping. In all other cases, return shipping shall be discussed and agreed upon between both parties.
