  • Founding Partner

    Jennifer has more than two decades of experience leading marketing and communications for some of the most well-known organizations and social movements in the country, including six years at The Pew Charitable Trusts. She moved to Colorado last summer after spending too long in Washington, DC. Her special magic as a marketer is identifying target audiences and how to move them to action. She has placed hundreds of stories in national media outlets like NPR. the Washington Post, the New York Times, and broadcast television. She founded Fire & Bliss because she only wants to work with nice people and values-based clients.

  • Senior Advisor

    Kaelan Richards is an experienced strategic communications expert focused on integrated strategy and execution across disciplines, working at the intersection of policy, public affairs, and media relations. Kaelan is a storyteller, and passionate about crafting narratives that deliver for brands, people, and campaigns.

    Kaelan was previously a Senior Director at Bully Pulpit Interactive, where she directed a cross-country, multidisciplinary team providing integrated communications support for clients ranging from Fortune 50 companies to startups. Prior to this, Kaelan managed policy and crisis communications at Lyft and Airbnb, and spent 10 years in government, including as a Senior Regional Communications Director for President Barack Obama, Communications Director for Representative Rosa DeLauro, and Deputy Press Secretary for Senator Edward Kennedy.

    Kaelan lives in San Francisco, CA with her husband and two dogs.

    Jessica has two decades of experience managing projects. Exhibits, installations, classes, publications, events, and mischief have been managed under her care.

    Jessica especially enjoys working with creatives on the practical side of bringing their genius to the world. Though her recent focus has been on family with a move to the Midwest, she is thrilled to be working with a company and clients whose values she shares.

  • Account Manager

    I'm Jonisha Jones, a multifaceted creative with a passion for crafting engaging experiences. With my knack for attention to detail and multitasking, I've successfully managed multiple projects, collaborated with sales and operations, and kept clients delighted with timely and high-quality deliverables.

    Outside of my project management endeavors, you'll find me indulging in my love for music as a recording artist. I've released a 6-track EP called "Gypsy Dread," which you can find on all major music platforms. Additionally, my experience as an Event & Experience Coordinator at 9th Element has allowed me to bring my organizational skills to the forefront, ensuring flawless event planning and execution.

    When I'm not immersed in project management, you'll likely find me belting out tunes, writing lyrics, or hitting the dance floor. I have a deep appreciation for the arts, theater, and love exploring new places through travel.

  • Brand Specialist

    Yohanna Kellyman is a multifaceted brand strategist and innovator with almost a decade of experience in advertising, marketing and business operations. She is passionate about building ethical, sustainable organisations through authentic human connection and a strong brand identity.

    Yohanna started her design career in the signage industry, leading her team to execute projects for local and international clients. Her love for storytelling is apparent in the meticulous approach she takes in developing or recreating identities that truly resonate with their intended audiences. Over the years, she has influenced major changes in clients’ perspectives, helping them elevate and innovate to outshine the competition.

    Yohanna is currently pursuing an MBA in Leading Change and Innovation at York St. John’s University. She is proficient with Adobe Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop, and adept at using other creative tools like Figma and Procreate. Some of the teams Yohanna has worked with include Mural, JM&A Group, Wunderkeks, Swoon, Omsom, Sunwink & RCRDSHP.
