Gita Ram
Gita Ram serves as Senior Consultant building strategic campaigns in community engagement, partnerships, and social impact initiatives for clients. She is also a seasoned campaign expert and has held leadership positions for national and local level campaigns.
Gita was a Presidential Appointee in the Obama Administration at the Department of Labor's civil rights office where she led communications strategy for the agency on issues like equal pay, sex discrimination, and rights of underserved communities.
Before working at DOL, Gita worked at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s Office of Public Engagement team where she was responsible for building partnerships and developing and executing high profile events for internal and external leadership.
Prior to that, Gita was on the communications team at The Pew Charitable Trusts, where she worked on messaging and strategic planning for advocacy campaigns for public safety and elections administration.
Gita began her career working for elected officials in Congress, State Senate, and U.S. Senate in California, which helped build her foundation of constituent and community outreach as well as understanding smart and data driven policies that build lasting impact.

- Gita was recognized as Washington D.C.'s Power 30 Under 30 by the Apex Society for community and professional excellence.
- She was also named Young Alumna of the Year by University of California, Davis in 2015 for work in promoting federal legislation affecting Americans worldwide and leading a variety of efforts to serve and represent minority communities.
- Gita has earned a M.A. in Media Studies from New School University, a certificate in Social Impact Leadership from University of California, Berkeley, a certificate in Political Psychology from Stanford University, and a B.A. in Political Science from University of California, Davis.
