Diana is a Project and Operations Assistant who thrives on keeping teams organized, aligned, and moving forward behind the scenes.  Her experience includes working across team support, digital content, and project-based work, where she brings a grounded, thoughtful approach to building operational flow within mission-driven environments.

Her path into operations was shaped in part by clinical training, where she built a strong foundation in observation, adaptability, and people-centered support, skills that naturally carry into how she approaches collaboration and project flow.

Influenced by a multicultural perspective, Diana approaches work with curiosity and a flexible mindset.Diana finds balance through meditation, live music, and the arts, often spending time in nature or with her 14-year-old Chihuahua, Coconut.
