Jennifer Stapleton
Jennifer is a promoter, advocate, communications strategist, business owner, and artist. This mix of “left brain” and “right brain” thinking helps her craft marketing and communication plans that are both creative and strategic. She has spent her career developing public outreach, garnering media coverage, and helping nonprofits, advocacy organizations, businesses, and artists fund their work and tell the stories they want to see in the world.
Jennifer has worked with advocacy groups, businesses, unions, churches, and nonprofits to amplify their messages and move people to action and support. Whether that action is “fund our work,” “participate in our programs,” “work here,” “treat your employees fairly,” or “pass this piece of legislation,” her special magic lies in identifying core audiences, understanding their concerns, and building campaigns that inspire action.
As a senior communications executive at national organizations and founder of a marketing company, Jennifer has been responsible for influencing lawmakers and decision-makers, securing public support, increasing participation, membership, clients, customers, and funding for over three decades.
Jennifer has helped advocacy organizations achieve major legislative and policy changes at the national, state, and local levels; helped nonprofits fulfill their missions; packed venues for shows; and supported mission-driven business owners in winning new clients and contracts. She has landed hundreds of stories in most major U.S. publications and has been part of teams that raised tens of millions of dollars.
