Laura Fahey is a strategic communications and organizational advisor who helps foundations and mission-driven organizations translate ambitious ideas into meaningful impact. She partners with leaders to navigate complexity, sharpen strategy, and build the narratives and communications systems that move work forward.

Drawing on more than 15 years of experience in philanthropy and the social sector, Laura advises organizations on strategic communications, executive positioning, organizational effectiveness, and advocacy and policy initiatives. She is often brought in when organizations are managing growth, pursuing new strategic directions, or tackling challenges that require both clear thinking and effective messaging.

Her work spans a range of issue areas, including public health, scientific research, and economic policy. Across sectors, she helps organizations turn complex ideas into compelling narratives, strengthen alignment among leaders and teams, and increase the reach and influence of their work.
